退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return or cancellation, please log in to your account at https://account.pawshappyco.com, navigate to your Orders, and select the item you wish to return or cancel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund decision within 14 days. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Standard outbound shipping costs will also be refunded. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Return shipping is free — we'll provide a return shipping label once your request is accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. To exercise this right, log in at https://account.pawshappyco.com and submit your request through your Orders. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. We will process your refund, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
